Trakindo is seeking a experienced Asset Management professional to oversee fixed asset accounting, budgeting, and lifecycle analysis in our Jakarta operations. You will coordinate with operations and finance to ensure accurate asset records, depreciation, and timely reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, PSAK-compliant practices, and the ability to drive process improvements across asset governance and reporting cycles.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in asset management.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and PSAK compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME and share best practices to support operational excellence.
• Analyze and maintain fixed asset budget to support operations and financial accuracy.
• Analyze asset utilization, lifecycle value, acquisitions, movements, maintenance, upgrades and disposal.
