Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama seeks a seasoned asset management professional to lead fixed asset accounting and analysis. You will oversee asset budgeting, utilization, and lifecycle actions, coordinating with operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliant financial processes.

The role requires deep expertise in asset accounting, depreciation, impairment and audit readiness, with focus on maintaining ledger integrity and PSAK-aligned procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management and related accounting processes.
• GPA minimum 2.75.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME by sharing expertise and best practices to support operational excellence.
• Analyze and maintain the fixed asset budget to support operational needs and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Analyze asset utilization and lifecycle, asset actions (acquisition, movement, maintenance, upgrade, disposal) in coordination with operations to provide insights.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports (asset movement, roll forward, statements of financial positions, working capital forecasts) and provide analyses for capital spending, intangibles, and fixed asset schedules.
• Consolidate fixed asset sub ledgers with general ledger balances and review asset-related calculations (OB, impairment, provisions).
• Analyze and maintain fixed asset master data including new asset creation, transfers, disposals, and adjustments.
