Baker Hughes in Balikpapan, Indonesia is seeking a Field Specialist - Wellbore Intervention to support on-site installation, maintenance and planning of Wellbore Intervention applications. You will run applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced field environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience with fishing, casing exits, thru-tubing fishing and drilling/workover rigs, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork on

Qualifications

Over 6 years' experience as Field Specialist in Wellbore Intervention.
Hands-on with fishing, casing exits, and thru-tubing fishing.
Experience with drilling/completion techniques on land and semi-submersible rigs.
Strong communication and teamwork on field operations.

Responsibilities

Run Wellbore Intervention applications in the district with compatible equipment.
Provide field support and complete required paperwork.
Troubleshoot complex Wellbore Intervention issues.
Apply technical knowledge to ensure product quality and safety.
Follow HSE, legal, and Baker Hughes core values.
Adhere to rotation schedules as assigned.
