Fuller Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Pyro & Grinding to lead complex installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization across heavy industrial process systems in cement operations. You will operate with autonomy as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams, directing multi-disciplinary field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Shutdown and assembly mastery in plant turnaround projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution for complex installations, commissioning, and shutdowns.
• Direct multi-disciplinary field teams and manage site deputation and scheduling.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on Kiln, Coolers, and VRMs.
• Produce site inspection reports and client presentations; support safety and QA.
