Job summary

PT. Internusa Karyamaju Prima seeks a project field operations supervisor with a Civil Engineering background. You will coordinate field activities, develop weekly and monthly reports, and ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules and quality standards.

You will manage labour, materials, and equipment; inspect completed work; and foster collaboration with owners and construction teams. Requires 5+ years in a similar role and readiness to be placed outside the city (Java).

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Able to read and understand project drawings.
• Proficient in construction management (Budgeting, Scheduling, Quality Control, and Supervision).
• Able to operate AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicative and able to work in a team.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work according to targets.
• Willing to be placed outside the city (Java).
• Experience working on buildings with 10 or more floors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to project field operations and construction implementation.
• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to project field operations.
• Create weekly work plans, daily field progress reports, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure project work and operational activities run smoothly in accordance with technical drawings, schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage all aspects of field operations including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect and verify work completion and create checklists for foreman or subcontractor work.
• Build and maintain good cooperation and communication with owners, supervisors, and construction management.
