Rhingle Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Event Manager to own the full lifecycle from strategy to on-site execution. You will transform creative concepts into memorable events and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

You will lead budgeting, vendor negotiations, client communications, and post-event analysis, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and profitability while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Business.
• At least 5 years in event management, preferably agency experience.
• Proven experience in event strategy and budget management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and communicate clearly with clients and teams.
