About the role

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Functional Consultant to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Gathering and analysing client requirements to design and implement tailored ERP solutions

Configuring and customising ERP software to meet the unique needs of our clients

Providing ongoing support and training to clients on the use of ERP systems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ERP solutions

Documenting processes, workflows, and system configurations for knowledge-sharing and future reference

Staying up-to-date with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Mentoring and guiding junior members of the ERP consulting team

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, preferably in the IT consulting industry

Proven expertise in the configuration, customisation, and implementation of ERP systems, such as Yonyou NC or other leading ERP platforms

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client requirements into practical ERP solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex ERP-related issues

Experience in project management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
