Job summary

English Academy is seeking dedicated and experienced English Teachers to join our team in Jakarta. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, develop engaging plans for learners of all ages, and monitor progress with regular reports.

The role also involves class administration, maintaining attendance and records, and mentoring freelance teachers to ensure teaching standards are met. A bachelor’s degree and ESL certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably ESL/EFL.
• Ability to mentor and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
