Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to diverse learners.
• Develop engaging lesson plans catering to different proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
• Mentor freelance teachers on planning, management and techniques.
• Observe freelance classes and offer actionable coaching advice.
• Ensure teaching standards and policies are followed.
