Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Education is required.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in ESL/EFL contexts.
• Proven ability to mentor and support other teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with teaching methodologies.
