Job summary

A manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an Engineering Fitter Supervisor to manage the engineering fitter team and support production. You will develop instructions and cGMP documents, implement maintenance for production equipment, and drive continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience as a leader in an engineering context, preferably in pharmaceutical or personal care manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader or supervisor in engineering work.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or personal care manufacturing is a plus.
