You will manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with QA, QC, and production to meet GMP, GMP-CPOB and Halal standards. The role requires strong leadership and risk management across a multi-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering functions across plant to optimize production.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities, equipment, and spares.
• Forecast and control CAPEX/OPEX budgets and procurement.
• Direct HSE programs and regulatory audits to ensure safety.
• Ensure GMP/CPOB and Halal compliance in engineering.
