You will mentor engineering leaders, drive KPI-driven decisions, and partner with senior leadership to align roadmaps with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large engineering teams (>25 people).
• Experience hiring and managing engineering managers.
• Proven track record growing teams rapidly.
• Experience communicating to C-level executives.
• Minimum 10+ years in software engineering.
• Demonstrable system owner with operational responsibility.
• Autonomous decision-making with KPI setting.
• Proficient in React/Javascript/Kotlin/Scala/Java/C#.
• Knowledge of scale, microservices, and clean architecture.
• Strong velocity and quality focus with engineering metrics.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams or a large organization.
• Manage Engineering Managers, senior engineers, and tech leaders.
• Drive strategic, cross-team initiatives and major programs.
• Set the technical roadmap and align it with business goals.
• Partner with senior leadership, including Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
• Develop engineering leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Hire and scale high-performing teams and leadership talent.
• Strengthen engineering culture through quality, ownership, and data-driven decisions.
• Drive organizational excellence across backend, platform, data, and fintech-related domains.
• Oversee the delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support high-volume, business-critical workloads.
