Job summary

Guizhou Taiyong-Longmarch Technology Co.,Ltd in Jakarta seeks a Senior Technical Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for Electrical & Energy Solutions, targeting industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

You will build relationships with EPCs, contractors, developers, and end users, provide technical consultations on LV/MV, ATS, transformers, and EV charging systems, prepare proposals, and drive deals to close while collaborating with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in Technical Sales (Electrical / Power Distribution / Energy Solutions).
• Strong knowledge of LV and MV systems, protection systems, and switching devices.
• Experience selling circuit breakers, panels, ATS, transformers, or EV charging solutions.
• Strong network of active customers (EPC, contractors, developers, manufacturing, data centers).
• Ability to bring 1-2 potential customers on onboarding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with KPI achievement mindset.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions related to panels, ATS, transformers, and EV charging systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align with customer requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including tenders and bids.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Drive deal closure and ensure follow-up through project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning.
