Job summary
AFRY is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for renewable energy and gas-fired combined cycle projects with Jakarta as a key base. The role covers electrical engineering from development to execution, including conceptual, basic and FEED design, feasibility studies, EPC tendering, and technical due diligences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering with focus on power engineering.
- Minimum of seven years professional experience in the power sector.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Grid Code.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual designs and feasibility studies for electrical systems of medium to large power plants (gas turbine combined cycle, gas engine, biomass, waste-to-energy, solar PV, wind, transmission lines, substations).
- Act as electrical engineer on lenders' technical advisory projects and technical due diligences.
- Prepare electrical technical specifications for EPC tender documents.
- Undertake bid evaluations and negotiations for EPC contracts on behalf of the client.
- Carry out basic and FEED design for power plant projects.
- Perform design review of power plant electrical systems in thermal and renewable energy projects.
- Conduct meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
