Job summary

Synkrona in Indonesia seeks an experienced Electrical Power Engineer to lead design and engineering tasks across the project lifecycle for Solar PV and renewable energy systems. You will prepare technical deliverables, review vendor documents, and ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/SNI standards.

The role requires at least five years in power generation or substation projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power generation, renewables, or substation projects.
• Familiar with IEC/IEEE/SNI electrical standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with design reviews and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary design and engineering across project lifecycle for PV/RE systems.
• Prepare and review docs to meet Client Requirements and standards.
• Produce control schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnection diagrams.
• Develop specs, datasheets, and review vendor documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from design to handover.
• Support project managers with communication and schedule adherence.
