Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Indonesia to lead electrical design, calculations, and regulatory certification for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems on industrial and development projects.

As Engineer-in-Charge, you will ensure designs meet PUIL and Indonesian codes, prepare load calculations and SLDs for PBG/SLF submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to secure approvals and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
STRI and SKA/SKK Level 8 (Ahli Madya) required.
5+ years of experience in electrical design for industrial or regulated projects.
Proficiency in Indonesian standards (PUIL) and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Act as Penanggung Jawab Electrical, ensuring designs meet PUIL and relevant Indonesian codes.
Prepare and approve load calculations, single-line diagrams, and specifications for PBG/SLF submission.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to align electrical designs with project requirements.
Review shop drawings and resolve RFIs during construction.
Supervise junior staff to maintain design consistency and accuracy.
