About this Position

This role focuses on leading a scalable backend services improvement to support our cross platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to lead the delivery of new features, optimize search fitur and system performance, and maintain reliable service communication through RPC and messaging systems. You will also research engineering best practices to ensure system stability and efficiency.
