Job summary

Avery Dennison Indonesia is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead and integrate EHS programs across our Lippo Cikarang sites. You will own the development of facility-level EHS management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable safety practices while coordinating ZDHC standards and chemical management.

You will supervise audits at Cikarang and FRU sites, maintain documentation for audit readiness, and mentor plant safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of EHS experience with progression and 5–6 years as Engineering Manager in a manufacturing site (printing or paper packaging preferred).
• Strong leadership, managerial, training, analytical skill, experienced and able to use problem solving tools.
• Industrial safety and occupational EHS within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on Environmental leadership preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and EHS policies, procedures and programs.
• Strong knowledge of ZDHC standards, chemical management systems (BHive & BVE3), and TPM methodologies.
• Expertise in developing and managing ERT programs and EHS training initiatives
• Experiences in developing, implementing, evaluating and improving TPM, CAPEX and OPEX

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Serve as EHS Program Owner, developing procedures, standards and training.
• Lead audits and corrective actions for Cikarang and FRU factories.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Coordinate ZDHC compliance and chemical inventory using BHive/BVE3.
• Provide training and counsel to site management on EHS regulations.
• Act as liaison for PSM-related requirements for contractors.
• Mentor facility safety teams and investigate incidents.
