Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation seeks an experienced EHS Programs & Management System Manager to lead site EHS initiatives across two factory locations. You will develop procedures, train teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing safety and environmental performance.

The role requires deep EHS expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on management of ZDHC standards, BHive/BVE3 platforms, and TPM-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of EHS experience with progressive assignments.
• 5–6 years as Engineering Manager in a manufacturing site (printing/paper packaging preferred).
• Strong leadership, training, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed knowledge of regulatory EHS requirements and policies.
• Knowledge of ZDHC standards, BHive and BVE3 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implements and integrates EHS programs and develops site procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Leads the effort to develop or maintain procedures, standards and training as EHS Program Owner.
• Develops and implements facility level EHS management systems for safety and environmental protection.
• Manages ZDHC standards implementation across both facilities.
• Maintains chemical inventory on BHive and BVe3; conducts risk assessments; safe handling and storage.
• Provides targeted training on ZDHC standards to relevant teams.
• Liaises for EHS audits at Cikarang and FRU factories; handles internal and external inspections.
• Drives corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings.
