Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health and safety practices within the Maintenance field. You will be integrated into the operational team and drive safety at the worksite.

You will coordinate EHS policies, perform site inspections, and liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, and client EHS reps to ensure compliance with RA/MS/JSA/PTW. Strong English and Bahasa skills required, with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Diploma or Degree required.”
• 10+ years’ experience with 7+ years in EHS role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement project EHS policies, procedures, and requirements at the worksite.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with RA, MS, JSA, and PTW requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and EHS awareness programs.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, hot work, confined space, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client EHS representatives regarding site safety matters.
• Report and participate in investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and follow up corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, inspection records, permits, reports, and safety statistics.
• Support emergency preparedness, including drills, evacuation arrangements, and response procedures.
• Monitor environmental requirements, including waste management, spill prevention, and housekeeping.
