TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Health E-Pharmacy) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will lead senior-level account strategies for e-pharmacy players, pharmacy chains, and healthcare brands, driving GMV, assortment, traffic, and seller activation across the Health category.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic problem solving, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in e-pharmacy or health-commerce.
Proven experience managing strategic accounts and large sellers.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsibilities

Own and drive business performance of key e-pharmacy accounts (GMV, assortment, traffic, conversion, seller activation).
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders from e-pharmacy players, pharmacy chains, healthcare companies, and strategic sellers.
Develop joint business plans with key accounts and translate opportunities into growth initiatives.
Drive seller participation across platform initiatives, campaigns, marketing solutions, and growth programs.
Structure complex business problems and translate insights into practical execution plans.
Work with category leadership to define priorities, targets and long-term development plans.
