Job summary

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking an Account Manager for Electronics in Indonesia. You will build relationships with merchants and brands, negotiate deals, and drive GMV growth through incubation programs and platform initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally to define and execute a competitive category strategy, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to scalable growth in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant categories.
• Strong network with brands and major merchants.
• Familiarity with social media and e-Commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and brands.
• Negotiate commercial deals and secure participation in campaigns and seasonal events.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with merchants' short and long-term goals.
• Monitor and improve seller performance metrics, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage merchants through scalable incubation programs, tools, and platform initiatives.
• Drive GMV growth and strengthen merchant performance on the platform.
