Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is seeking a skilled Drafter to produce precise architectural and construction drawings for real estate and property development projects. You will work with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure drawings meet design intent, regulations, and construction standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, at least 5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, familiarity with Revit/BIM, and strong

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Translate design concepts and engineering inputs into executable construction plans.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detailed drawings.
• Update drawings based on design revisions and site requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve drawing conflicts.
• Support tender, construction, and as-built documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project standards.
