• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience from concept through detailed/construction documentation
• Experience in urban planning is required
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes and buildability
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, drafters and consultants
• Experience reviewing and validating drawings for consistency
• Proficient in AutoCAD and related design software
• Strong attention to detail and spatial design sense
• Good English communication skills
