Job summary

Griya Prima is seeking a Lead Architectural Drafter for a fully remote role. You will lead a drafting team, transform concepts into precise construction documents, and ensure accuracy and consistency across projects originated from Bandar Lampung, Lampung.

You will use AutoCAD and Revit to produce drawings, mentor junior drafters, and ensure compliance with building codes and specifications. This remote-first position offers growth, diverse projects, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as architectural drafter, with at least 1 year in lead/supervisory role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architectural drafters, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
