Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a role to supervise exchanges, market operators, clearing houses and intermediaries and to ensure fair, orderly and transparent trading in securities and derivatives, strengthening capital market infrastructures.

You will join the Markets, Infrastructures and Intermediaries Supervision department and may review new licence applications, participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience and interest in capital markets and regulatory matters.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities related to market infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day supervision of exchanges, market operators, clearing houses and intermediaries to ensure fair, orderly and transparent trading in securities and derivatives.
• Review and assess new licence applications.
• Participate in business process reviews and transformation work to improve department efficiency.
