Job summary

NIQ seeks a Data Science leader to own client-facing analytics, drive strategic insights, and balance technical leadership with business impact across markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value data solutions and guide engagement with senior client stakeholders.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior scientists, and help translate analytics into actionable outcomes that support revenue and growth in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Maths, Data Science, Statistics, or related field with strong quantitative methods.
• 6+ years of experience in market research or relevant field.
• Solid understanding of CPG/FMCG and Retail market impact.
• Experience working with consumer-sourced data solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication to translate analytics to clients and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Science solutions for specific markets/industries on new and existing products.
• Act as Data Science business partner to country leaders to drive revenue and EBITDA.
• Meet with clients to translate business needs into analytical strategies.
• Support client and commercial teams with data science design questions.
• Lead and coach junior data scientists and align with other teams.
