Job summary

PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a data engineering leader to build and guide the analytics data stack. You will shape the Big Data ecosystem, architecture, and analytics technology, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires strong technical leadership, senior engineering experience, and hands-on expertise with Python/Java/Scala and modern data tools to support analytics initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical leadership and management experience.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, Spark and cloud analytics tech stack.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering


• Strong technical leadership and management


• Strong in programming language such as Python, Java, Scala (software engineering) and experienced using Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, Spark, Cloud (Analytics Tech Stack)


• Good Critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution


• Experience on building scalable data solution


• Preferably has 3 to 5 years of technical management experience


• Has 6 to 10 years of solution development and technology experience (Senior Data/Software Engineer) will be an advantage
