Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager for data center-related works. You will monitor progress against the master schedule, perform quality checks on MEP installations, and manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.

You will prepare routine reports and maintain risk and issue logs while coordinating with hotel operations. The role requires 5–10 years in site-based project management and 2 years in data center projects, with strong scheduling, QA, safety, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program.
• 5-10 years of site-based project management experience, with 2 years in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and related disciplines.
• Proficient in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with QA and safety protocols.
• Good command of English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor progress and align with the master schedule.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works.
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Prepare and submit daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
• Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
• Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.
