Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Batam is seeking a Sr. Project Manager (MEP) to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope of data center construction.

You will coordinate design reviews, oversee installations, ensure reliability, redundancy, cooling capacity, and energy efficiency in line with Tier standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors, perform on-site inspections, manage submissions, participate in testing and commissioning, and support budget, schedule,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP design and construction, with 5+ years in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, IEC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design review and installation of MEP systems for data centers.
• Ensure reliability, redundancy, cooling, and energy efficiency per standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP into building design.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress for compliance.
• Manage MEP contractors and review technical submissions.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot MEP issues during construction and initial operations.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, and risk assessments for MEP scopes.
