PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, delivering data and analytics solutions that foster a data-driven culture across the organization. You will work on measuring the impact of new features and campaigns, building dashboards and data marts, and ensuring data quality to support informed decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong BI skills (Tableau/Power BI), and the ability to translate complex data into business insights.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Ability to create user-friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Experience with multiple data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON).
• Knowledge of descriptive/diagnostic/predictive/prescriptive analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analysis to measure impact of new features, business flow, and campaigns.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Create and manage Data Marts for faster data access.
• Ensure data correctness by collaborating with Data Engineers on data quality.
• Advise stakeholders on metrics, data sources, visualizations, and analytics methods.
• Translate complex results into simple, business-friendly messages.
• Stay updated with data and analytics trends.
