Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Jakarta seeks an Associate Critical Facilities Maintenance Engineer to operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical data centre facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire life safety, and building control systems.

You will support preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee cooling and power infrastructure, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and contribute to uptime, reliability, and efficiency in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of electrical distribution and data centre systems.
• Familiar with NEC, NFPA standards and fire life safety basics.
• Ability to analyze operating conditions and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems.
• Manage cooling, electrical power distribution, UPS, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for maintenance.
• Perform data trending and feedback to improve standards.
• Maintain data floor infrastructure and documentation.
