Job summary

PT Binaartha Sekuritas is seeking a senior investment banking professional to lead end-to-end advisory on M&A, IPOs and debt/capital restructurings. You will oversee due diligence, valuation, structuring and document review, coordinating with issuers, regulators (OJK, IDX, KSEI) and professionals for compliant, timely execution.

Required: minimum 5 years in Investment Banking, strong regulatory knowledge, proven leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Investment Banking/Capital Markets.
• Active WPEE license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OJK, IDX and KSEI regulations.
• Demonstrated due diligence, valuation and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate finance projects end-to-end including advisory on M&A, IPOs and debt restructuring.
• Lead transaction execution, including due diligence, risk assessment, pricing and regulatory documentation.
