Job summary

PT Binaartha Sekuritas is seeking a senior investment banking professional to lead end-to-end advisory on M&A, IPOs and debt/capital restructurings. You will oversee due diligence, valuation, structuring and document review, coordinating with issuers, regulators (OJK, IDX, KSEI) and professionals for compliant, timely execution.

Required: minimum 5 years in Investment Banking, strong regulatory knowledge, proven leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Investment Banking/Capital Markets.
• Active WPEE license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OJK, IDX and KSEI regulations.
• Demonstrated due diligence, valuation and transaction structuring.

Job description

Handle corporate finance projects end-to-end including financial advisory on M&As, IPOs and debt/capital restructuring opportunities

Lead and oversee the overall transaction execution process, including due diligence and risk assessment, transaction structuring, valuation and pricing, preparation and review of key transaction and regulatory documents, as well as coordination with issuers, regulators (OJK, IDX, KSEI), and supporting professionals to ensure compliance with applicable capital market regulations.

Successful Candidate:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Law, or a related disciplines;

Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets with proven track record in IPO, Rights Issue and Debt Capital Market transactions;

Active WPEE license preferred;

Strong knowledge of OJK, IDX and KSEI regulations, with demonstrated capabilities in due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, underwriting risk assessment, prospectus review and regulatory documentation;

Strong leadership, analytical, client management and transaction execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
