• Experience with contract databases, drafting, review, approval, and renewals.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to closeout.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, legal, and operational risks.
• Maintain contract database and provide regular risk reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Follow approval workflows and governance procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders across growing operations.
