Job summary

PT Derajat Utama Kreasi is seeking aSenior Content Creator in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. You will shape ideas with the Creative Director and Art Director, develop narratives, and deliver campaigns, branding projects, and digital content across formats.

You will lead and mentor junior team members, ensure quality, and translate briefs into impactful content. Strong storytelling in Indonesian (and English copy) is essential, with hands-on Canva/CapCut skills and solid project management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in content, copywriting, brand comms, or related roles.
• Strong writing and storytelling in Bahasa Indonesia; English copy is a plus.
• Strategic thinking linking brief, audience and insights.
• Able to adapt ideas across brands, audiences, formats.
• Hands-on with basic visuals and short-form video tools (Canva/CapCut).
• Experience guiding, reviewing or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proactive and adaptable, balancing strategy with execution.
• A portfolio demonstrating writing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative and Art Directors to shape the project approach.
• Turn briefs and insights into clear content narratives and ideas.
• Work with Growth & Performance data analyst to interpret insights as needed.
• Develop content outputs for campaigns, branding and digital formats.
• Write copy and create scripts, captions, articles, presentations.
• Create basic visuals and short-form videos when required.
• Guide and review junior content team members with constructive feedback.
• Ensure content meets project objectives with the broader team.
