• 3+ years in digital content creation or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse content across digital platforms.
• Proficiency with CMS, graphic design software, and video editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable storyteller.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media strategy.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking for audience engagement.
• Familiarity with media planning and buying processes is desirable.
