Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our Bangkok office. You will analyze talent needs, support talent decisions, and connect priorities with business goals, working with HRBPs and leaders to drive organizational capability.

You'll contribute to performance management, succession planning, and career development, using data to inform insights and practical guidance across the enterprise in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in talent management, organizational performance, or people operations within a multinational organization.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome.
• Strong project management experience with proven ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and colleagues to understand business needs and support talent priorities.
• Help drive the ongoing performance management process by coordinating activities and monitoring progress.
• Identify talent patterns and opportunities using data to develop actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools across the organization.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with leaders, bringing data and structure to decisions.
