Job summary

PELITA HARAPAN UNIVERSITY. seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager for its campus construction and renovation projects in Tangerang. You will oversee projects, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery and top-quality results across all facilities.

The role requires a civil engineering or architecture degree, 5+ years in quality control, BoQ and RAB budgeting expertise, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Male or female applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Male or Female
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Quality Control
• Strong understanding of how to prepare a BoQ and project budget (RAB)
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods and techniques
• Proficient in operating AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all construction and renovation projects on the campus, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Supervising project teams, monitoring construction progress, and conducting quality control inspections of all new and renovated facilities
