Takeda BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead medium to large capital construction initiatives across Indonesia, including site selection, due diligence, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will coordinate with Global Real Estate and various internal teams to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital construction.
• Experience in regulated/industrial/healthcare/pharma environments.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Direct all phases: planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and stakeholders on site selection and due diligence.
• Manage external firms and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and leadership reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, EHS, Security, Procurement, IT, and Finance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and budget variances.
• Ensure compliance with Takeda policies and local requirements.
