CHINA CONSTRUCTION YANGTZE RIVER (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Planner based at headquarters.

The role involves creating, monitoring and coordinating with the HQ and project teams to plan and implement technical requirements in construction projects. You will report progress, manage the schedule, and resolve conflicts to keep activities on track. Required are a Bachelor’s or higher in a construction-related field, 5+ years in project planning, and strong skills in Primavera P6

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a construction-related field.
At least 5 years working experience as Project Planner or related field.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate based at Headquarter.

Responsibilities

Create, monitor and coordinate with HQ and Project Team in planning and implementation of technical requirements.
Report on progress of construction work and resolve conflicts.
Provide actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecasts.
Ensure works follow established method statements/procedures and specifications.
Lead internal delay analysis and prepare EOT submissions for delays.
Liaise with project team to collect data to keep the schedule updated.
Oversee planning, scheduling and optimization of projects.
Conduct critical path analysis using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
