Job summary

Bgnr Architects in Surabaya is seeking a Drafter for Commercial Architecture to develop architectural drawings from schematic to shop drawings, coordinating with MEP and structural teams. The role requires strong CAD skills and experience with high-rise projects.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of drafting experience in architectural consultancy, with proficiency in AutoCAD and RevIT/MODEL coordination, and be prepared to support project teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3 Architect / Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a drafter in an architectural consultant.
• Experience with high-rise and large building projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the shop drawings for tender documents.
• Coordinate with the design team in preparing shop drawings.
• Coordinate with the MEP team, the structure team, and preparation of specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team and project team in the field.
• Ready to help other jobs needed by the company.
