Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
3+ years in SME/ Micro SME or Commercial Loan evaluation.
Strong understanding of property valuations and ownership titles.
Knowledge of credit processes, underwriting, and collateral analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer visits and surveys to gather information and documents for eligibility assessment.
Evaluate collateral condition and provide value recommendations in the system.
Collaborate with KJPP on property valuation and verify collateral value with at least three data comparisons locally.
Meet target visit numbers and comply with SLA processing times and SOPs.
Perform KYC, validate documents, verify collateral, and identify potential fraud.
On-site verification of ownership titles and property value with customers.
