Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience in car & motorcycle leasing companies.
• TOEFL score of at least 500.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard third-party agents.
• Conduct market surveys for potential SME clusters.
• Convert leads into qualified loan applications.
• Perform preliminary checks on collateral and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate loan disbursement processes.
• Monitor competitor interest rates and LTV ratios.
• Organize grassroots promotional events.
• Maintain ongoing borrower relationships.
