Job summary

KPMG Indonesia is seeking a Senior Engineer – Infrastructure & Operations (Cloud Architect) to deliver reliable, scalable IT services and lead cloud transformation efforts. You will manage endpoint solutions, Windows deployments, patch management, and security compliance across enterprise devices.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience with MECM/Intune, MEM, and Azure cloud services, and the ability to operate under pressure while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information security, systems engineering, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to convey technical info to varied stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting and root cause analysis across front-end and back-end environments.
• Respond to technical incidents, service requests, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to meet business objectives and service expectations.
• Design, implement, and enhance endpoint management using MECM and Intune.
• Streamline deployment and maintenance of Windows OS, security patches, and 3rd-party updates across enterprise devices.
• Maintain Windows 11 image build and deployment processes using MEM.
• Ensure desktop services and infrastructure comply with security standards and patch requirements.
• Support cloud transformation initiatives, including modernization and large-scale migrations to cloud platforms.
• Perform cloud administration: deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, optimization.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization, generate operational reports, and ensure secure, reliable cloud environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Work with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and support organizational goals.
