Cloud Kinetics is seeking an experienced L3 Managed Service Engineer/Technical Architect for on-site work in Jakarta. You will own major incidents, drive problem management, design solutions, and set IaC standards across AWS, GCP, Azure, and private clouds.

You will lead L1/L2 teams, engage vendors, and ensure robust security, performance and cost efficiency. The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication in English and Indonesian.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, CS, IS or related field.
• 6+ years in cloud, infrastructure or managed services, incl. 2+ years at L3/senior level.
• Expert with at least two of AWS, GCP, Azure and knowledge of the third.
• Broadcom VMware vSphere, Red Hat OpenShift experience.
• Advanced Terraform and Ansible; CloudFormation knowledge; IaC standards.
• Expert networking: BGP, VLAN, VPN, DNS; hybrid connectivity.
• Strong scripting; Git/CI-CD practices.
• Proven incident leadership and ITIL v4 experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as final escalation for major incidents; own end-to-end P1/P2.
• Lead technical bridge calls; coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Own problem management; drive RCA and permanent fixes.
• Review and approve L2 RCA reports to customers.
• Engage vendors at senior level and manage critical vendor cases.
• Design and validate solutions for onboarding, migrations and expansions.
