Job summary

Blubridge Center is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral Therapist to join their fully remote clinical team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and tailor treatment plans, working with a diverse client base from home.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior therapists and contributing to telehealth protocols. The position requires a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a current license, and at least 6 years of post-doctoral experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited university.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Minimum of 6 years post-doctoral clinical experience providing psychotherapy and assessment.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations via secure video conferencing.
• Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain confidential, accurate client records in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation sessions.
• Contribute to development of clinical best practices and telehealth protocols.
• Offer guidance to junior therapists as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with current research.
