You will work with licensed therapists to implement treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide non-clinical support through secure telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health setting or as a support worker.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in implementing behavioral health treatment plans as directed by clinicians.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback to the clinical team.
• Facilitate virtual support groups and educational sessions for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention support and resources when necessary, following established protocols.
