Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Clinical Provider for our remote telehealth platform. You will deliver evidence-based care to clients, with flexible scheduling suited to freelancers or private practice. Experience with CBT and other approaches is preferred; occasional onsite work may be required.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, active SIPP/SIPPK licenses with STRP, and at least 300 post-master hours. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
• Valid and active SIPP or SIPPK license issued in Indonesia, with current STRP registration.
• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support.
• Treat a broad range of mental health cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Partner with internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes.
